I've been playing professional baseball for 19 years and have been around many coaches. The instruction at Strike One is fantastic. They are able to work with all ages, personalities, and experience levels. They have the ability to identify a ball players strengths and weaknesses, mechanical issues, and then design a developmental plan to correct and grow the proper mechanics used by the best in the game.

Our camps are hosted by professional coaches from Strike One and The Hitters Laboratory. Our youth baseball camps are for all ages and skill levels. We offer 1 to 5 day camps that run from 9am to 2pm and beyond.
