Baseball Lessons
All lessons at Strike One are 30 min in length, performed in a one on one atmosphere, with a direct focus on what the student can do to improve his game. We utilize a video playback system that helps the athlete to visually see mistakes that he is not feeling. Our focus is not to make every hitter the same, instead teaching the proper techniques allows the hitter to best utilize his strength level, body type, arm length etc.
